I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish decor and attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were well-designed, with a mezzanine layout and comfortable bed and pillows. The modern kitchen and well-equipped gym were also great additions.
Noise levels could be improved for a more peaceful stay.

The hotel’s location was great, it was easy to get to all the tourist attractions by tuk-tuk and the prices were reasonable. The facilities were complete, with a gym and kitchen, so we could cook our meals and keep fit during our city break. Also, the restaurant near the parking lot was delicious.
Our room was dirty and the bed sheets had hair on them when we arrived. The walls were not soundproof, so we could hear all the noise of people walking and opening doors during the night. It was terrible!

The hotel lacks sufficient soundproofing, which can be an issue for light sleepers who are bothered by noise.

This hotel in the heart of Hat Yai offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hat Yai! the prices were amazing and offered great value for money. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even providing an extra bed for my kids. Finally, the location was perfect, right in the center of Hat Yai. a wonderful experience!
All was great, no need for improvement.

The hotel offers very clean rooms and convenient location close to popular attractions. the staff was also polite and helpful during my stay. the overall design and decor of the hotel was impressive.
There were a couple of disappointing aspects of the hotel. the first was the noisy environment during both day and night time that made it difficult to rest or concentrate.
